All our timepieces are shipped from our distribution centre in Cape Town.

Shipping normally takes 1 – 3 working days for economy delivery.

Overnight delivery is also available and can be selected on checkout.

Please allow up to 7 working days during sales and up to 10 working days during Black Friday.

All orders are delivered by Aramex and come with tracking. We will email the tracking number to you as soon as your order is on its way. Be sure to track your delivery status here.


All returns and refunds will be handled on a per customer basis. If you received a non-functioning, faulty or damaged watch, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos clearly indicating the damage / fault. We will send you detailed instructions to get a replacement.

For us to consider a replacement, the products must be unused and in the same condition you received them in.
