All our timepieces are shipped from our distribution centre in Cape Town.
Shipping normally takes 1 – 3 working days for economy delivery.
Overnight delivery is also available and can be selected on checkout.
Please allow up to 7 working days during sales and up to 10 working days during Black Friday.
All returns and refunds will be handled on a per customer basis. If you received a non-functioning, faulty or damaged watch, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos clearly indicating the damage / fault. We will send you detailed instructions to get a replacement.
For us to consider a replacement, the products must be unused and in the same condition you received them in.
